Remove two files that shouldn't be at the tree
Remove build-aux/config.rpath with is auto-generated. Remove libdvbv5-po/Makevars.template with is not used and it is just an example. The real file is libdvbv5-po/Makevars and it is already inside the tree. Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@osg.samsung.com>

-# - On IRIX 6.5 with CC="cc", the run time search patch must not be longer

-# known workaround is to choose shorter directory names for the build
