Remove two files that shouldn't be at the tree
Remove build-aux/config.rpath with is auto-generated. Remove libdvbv5-po/Makevars.template with is not used and it is just an example. The real file is libdvbv5-po/Makevars and it is already inside the tree. Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <firstname.lastname@example.org>
