Typical usage is:

git clone git://linuxtv.org/media_build.git
cd media_build
./build
make install

Please notice that build will warn you about the need for some packages, for it to work properly.
The script will automatically download or update the build to sync with a nightly version of the media_tree.git. So, if you want to update it, just run ./build again.
